We recruit across a variety of functions within these sectors, encompassing appointments from senior management (from salaries of circa £80k) to operating & main board, working with SME’s to PLC’s, including businesses with venture capital & private equity backing. We have recruited across most functional areas including: MD/CEO, Divisional MD/Director, Commercial, Operational, Technical, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance & HR. We're based in the West Midlands, close to Birmingham Airport, so easy for UK wide access. We have completed assignments throughout the UK and internationally.

We take time to understand the culture of a business and hence the type of people that would best fit. Every assignment brief is taken face to face ideally at the location where the individual will be working. Wherever possible we like to meet all relevant stakeholders.

1. In the unlikely event that things don’t work out there’s a 12-month free replacement guarantee on all assignments
2. If we can’t deliver you a short-list that you’re happy to proceed with then we’ll either re-shortlist at no extra cost or you can have your initial retainer refunded in full with no further fees to pay
3. We never re-approach placed candidates. Above and beyond that your organisation is completely off limits for a period of 2 years from the most recent invoice. We do not take people out of our client companies
